1、彩鋼復(fù)合板板材的粘膠面要求清潔，干燥，無(wú)油脂。

2、膠粘劑主劑在取出前要攪拌均勻。

3、彩鋼復(fù)合板板材施膠面如有涂層，油漆等輕先做試驗(yàn)，膠水施膠溫度為5度-40度之間。

4、復(fù)合前要確保膠水表面沒(méi)有干，以防影響粘結(jié)效果。

5、常溫（25度）壓合需要4個(gè)小時(shí)，操作時(shí)根據(jù)實(shí)際溫度延長(zhǎng)或縮短壓合時(shí)間。

6、膠水初始固化后，把彩鋼復(fù)合板放到一邊，一周后方可用于工程。
