1.自然搭接式

板型接縫的特點(diǎn)就是從水泥石棉波形瓦的形式延續(xù)而來(lái),不過(guò)這種傳統(tǒng)的扣合方法少要搭接一個(gè)半的波距。彩鋼瓦在安裝的時(shí)候,波距比較大,如果用作屋面的話,搭接一個(gè)半波,會(huì)大大地提高制作的經(jīng)濟(jì)成本,所以不少采用搭接一個(gè)波的做法,這種屋面板接縫在防水方面會(huì)存在一定的隱患。

2.防水空腔式

這種方式是在兩個(gè)扣合邊處會(huì)形成一個(gè)4mm左右的空腔,這種空腔上有兩塊鋼板在附著的時(shí)候形成的毛細(xì)管路,同時(shí)空腔的水柱會(huì)對(duì)室內(nèi)外的大氣進(jìn)行平衡,但是會(huì)造成雨水滲入室內(nèi)的情況。這種搭接方式已經(jīng)應(yīng)用到新一代壓型板的斷面設(shè)計(jì)中,是一種非常經(jīng)濟(jì)有效的方法,目前選用這種方法做屋面的比較多。

咬口式的搭接方式有180°和360°兩種,使用咬邊機(jī)將板材的兩邊接邊咬合在一起,

180°咬邊在拼接過(guò)后不會(huì)那么緊密,360°是一種非常緊密的咬合方式,與白鐵工的手工咬邊比較相似,具有一定氣密性的作用。這種版型的防水性能非常地好,但是造價(jià)也比較高。

4.扣蓋式

扣蓋式采用的是兩百對(duì)稱的設(shè)置,兩邊采用的是卡口構(gòu)造,安裝完畢之后扣上扣蓋。這種是利用的空腔式的原理,但是扣板的使用量比較大。
