原因二：電器安裝、使用不當(dāng)也是造成彩鋼板房火災(zāi)的重要原因。彩鋼板建筑起火原因多與違規(guī)使用電器、電路老化等有直接關(guān)系，有些是將電線直接安裝在彩鋼板的夾芯層內(nèi)，有些是電線穿過墻體時直接在彩鋼板上鉆空穿越，鉆空不加護(hù)套容易造成電線絕緣層破損而短路打火引起火災(zāi)。投入使用后管理不善，在靠近彩鋼板的部位使用明火或進(jìn)行焊割作業(yè)引起彩鋼板內(nèi)部可燃夾芯材料燃燒導(dǎo)致火災(zāi)發(fā)生。

原因三：業(yè)主擅自改變使用功能，增加火災(zāi)危險性。部分彩鋼結(jié)構(gòu)廠房在申報消防審核和驗收時的火災(zāi)危險性是丁戊類，而實際上可能是丙類廠房，或者投入使用初期是丁戊類生產(chǎn)，后來因生產(chǎn)項目調(diào)整后未及時申報。如濟(jì)南市某特種汽車改裝廠，擅自將彩鋼板倉庫改為廠房，并在廠房內(nèi)進(jìn)行焊接、噴漆施工作業(yè)，卻未做任何特殊的防火分隔措施，致使在2006年4月，因焊接不慎引發(fā)火災(zāi)，造成廠房坍塌，財產(chǎn)損失巨大。

原因四：部分彩鋼板建筑項目未經(jīng)消防審核、驗收，致使彩鋼板建筑存在先天隱患。在建設(shè)中有的項目在設(shè)并未考慮防火設(shè)計，或者雖有防火設(shè)計但在施工過程中未按圖施工，項目竣工后未經(jīng)消防驗收，致使可以把關(guān)的幾個環(huán)節(jié)都忽略了。另外，加上地方政府在招商引資過程中重引進(jìn)資金的多少而輕程序，默許企業(yè)未審先建、未驗先用的違法現(xiàn)象，而此類結(jié)構(gòu)建筑在投入使用后很難再進(jìn)行防火處理。
